The shared areas are the body corporate's job, and we can help you show them that.

Most homes we look after are treated once every three months and that keeps things quiet. If your problem is a bigger one we will come more often until it is properly sorted.
Yes, it is. We use products that are safe for your whole family once they have dried. We will even show you what we are using so you can feel good about it.
We usually finish up in about 30 to 45 minutes. We will work hard to do the job right while making sure we do not take up too much of your day.
Most of the time, you can stay right where you are. If we need to do something special that requires you to step outside for a bit, we will always tell you way ahead of time.
Not really. It helps if we can get to spots where you have seen bugs, like under the kitchen sink or in the garage. If you could pick up any toys or pet bowls from the floor, that would be great too.
You will likely see a big difference in a day or two. You might see a few more bugs right after we leave because the treatment is moving them out of their hiding spots, and that is completely normal.
